The Dadeville Area Chamber of Commerce

The Business Development Committee promotes and supports the needs, growth, and retention of our existing businesses and industry while working to recruit new, desirable businesses and industry to our area.

We encourage the support of our local businesses by publicizing their activities in the local media, newsletters, visits, etc.  We encourage tourists to visit our towns, and businesses through the media and informative brochures.

We keep our businesses informed of courses, counseling and meetings available to them to better equip them to meet the challenges of the ever-changing business environment.

We work closely with local Government officials and the Lake Martin Area Economic Development Alliance to attract new businesses and industry to our area.  To assist in this effort, we maintain a listing of land, buildings, offices, and stores available for purchase, lease, or rent.  We also maintain a listing of individuals who are willing to assist employees of new businesses and industry in our area to obtain adequate housing and assimilate into our community.

We promote a trained workforce by publicizing the need and by supporting our local educational institutions in fulfilling that need.

We do all we can to establish an atmosphere in our community that is conducive to attracting and retaining businesses and industry
